Welcome,
I am Dushyanth Reddy, an aspiring medical student would like to share some experience with Internal medicine and surgery in my career. Its possible with collaboration with department of internal medicine and other departments.
My interest in medicine has came since childhood where my grandmother and grandfather has suffered congestive heart failure; and ventricular septal defect in my neighbourhood which is a acyanotic heart disease where in layman terms called as hole in the heart. My other grandfather suffered from emphysema which is a type of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and died from it. I would like to deal with cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases that are most commonly seen in my life.
Here I would like to share some diseases about the third space fluid loss such heart failure, renal failure, pleural effusion.
In these cases there is extravasation of fluid from vascular compartment into interstitial space which may due to increase in hydrostatic pressure or decrease in plasma oncotic pressure or lymphatic obstruction. This causes decrease in volume in vascular compartment. This causes edema, ascites, pleural effusion, facial edema. here are the links of cases this topic:

Another interesting case is about liver abcess:
Liver abscess is an inflammatory space‐occupying lesion of the liver caused by infectious agents. Amoebic liver abscess (ALA) and pyogenic liver abscess (PLA) are its two predominant causes. Rarely, liver abscess can be caused by fungi, mycobacteria, and other atypical organisms. ALA is the predominant cause of liver abscess in India, seen in more than 60% of cases. 1 It is caused by Entamoeba histolytica with feco‐oral route, the predominant mode of transmission. In this review, we describe the overview of ALA and PLA, along with its complications and management.

Management of liver abscess:
Here is a case of ischaemic stroke involving middle cerebral artery causing left hemiparesis and upper motor neuron type of facial palsy i.e pseudo bulbar palsy of facial nerve involving corticobulbar tracts to the face to the motor facial nuclei. hemiparesis is due to involvement of corticospinal tracts. Stroke localisation of the lesion whether in cortex, sub cortex, brainstem, spinal cord, motor neurons is actual for any physician and neurologist and neurosurgeon to who deal with.

So I thank all the departments of all medical and surgical field.
Thank you
